We are a pet friendly community. We do not have a weight limit, but no more than 2 pets are allowed per apartment subject to the following restrictions:
No pets shall be permitted to occupy the premises, unless provided for in the Lease Agreement, Pet Agreement, and the Rules and Regulations addendum. Pets are restricted to non-aggressive breeds. We do not allow the following breeds of dogs: Doberman, Chow, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Akita and/or any mix thereof. Management has the sole discretion to accept or deny any pet(s) with or without cause. Subject to management approval some pets may not require additional fees. Rodents, Reptiles, Ferrets or any exotic animal are not permitted on the premises at any time. Permissible animals with management approval may include small caged animals such as but not limited to caged birds, hamsters, gerbils and fish aquariums at or under 20 gallons.
